SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT

2022 saw the cancellation of one of New Zealand’s biggest festivals ‘Bay Dreams’, however Trademark Events and the Bay Dreams crew managed to pull together a fantastic line-up of international drum and bass artists to put on one of the biggest parties of the summer. Held at Wharepai Domain in Tauranga, 8000 party-goers gathered to see acts Koven, Friction and big hitter Netsky, plus many more.

Closed Loop Site Services is the sustainability partner for the Bay Dreams crew and was on site managing the waste for the event in Tauranga. Throughout the event the team hand sorted 42.55m3 of waste and diverted an incredible 81.2% of waste from landfill to be locally recycled or upcycled.
